These Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”) forms a contract between you and Dean B AB, Swedish company registration number 559190-8578 (hereinafter “Dean Brochard”). By making a purchase from, and using, this website you have agreed to these terms of use. Please make sure that you have read and understood these terms of use when using our site.
2. ORDER
In order to place an order through the Website, the Customer must accept the Terms & Conditions. By accepting the Terms & Conditions the Customer undertakes to comply with the General Conditions in its entirety and acknowledges that he/she has read the information and consents to the use according to Dean Brochard Terms & Conditions. You can at any time remove product from the cart before you have placed an order. To place an order you click on “PLACE ORDER”.
3. CONFIRMATION
Once we have received your order we will send an electronic invoice to your e-mail address as a confirmation of your purchase. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as guarantee of proof of purchase.
4. PAYMENT, PRICES & FEES
The prices are presented in either SEK, EURO (€) or DOLLAR ($). You choose your currency by choosing Sweden, Europe or Global in the left hand corner of the website. The prices you see on the product(s) are the total price since we at Dean Brochard don’t have any shipping fee, VAT collection and duties may appear if for none EU customers. It is free shipping and returns all over the world. You can make your payment by using most of the major debit and credit cards and local payment methods (e.g. Visa, MasterCard and American Express). If your payment is not confirmed, your order will not be accepted.
5. TAXES
All prices shown on Dean Brochard’s website, www.deanbrochard.com, are including VAT, in accordance with the applicable legislation. In case an order will be shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, please note that the VAT and duties may appear. Please note that in case of an order is shipped to an delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that Dean Brochard has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, Dean Brochard cannot predict their amount. 6. DELIVERY
Dean Brochard ships worldwide. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and their partners. Delivery time normally takes about 2-5 business days. In cases, you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order, it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with Dean Brochard either by email or telephone. If a product has been discontinued Dean Brochard has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer. Dean Brochard will notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent products if available.
7. RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Consumers have the right to return the order within 14 days from receiving the order. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. If consumers use their right to send back an order, they should contact Dean Brochard at hello@deanbrochard.com for more information. If you live in a geographical area where the national postal service does not offer returns, the customer may be obliged to pay for the return shipping but will get the refund by sending us the receipt. If an item is damaged during transport, Dean Brochard should be contacted within 30 days for information about compensation.
8. WARRANTY
Dean Brochard gives you a 2 years Warranty from the date of the purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, crystal). Other parts than the above are not covered by this warranty. To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please use our contact form here. In the e-mail you need to specify: You name Address Order Number Detailed description of the issue Write ‘reclaim of purchase’ as subject of the e-mail or letter. Return shipping is paid by Dean Brochard. If Dean Brochard cannot find any defects described above, the product will be sent back to the customer. Note that repair/replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term. Battery replacement will be charged even during the warranty term. The case, dial, hands, crystal, watchband or other parts thereof may be replaced with substitutes if the originals are not available. This warranty warrants that you can receive free replacement in accordance with the terms set forth herein and within the specified term, and shall not restrict any lawful right of the Customer.
9. DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes may be offered some times to account holders; such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered. We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made through this Website. Only one promotional discount code can be applied to an order. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.
10. COMPLAINTS TERMS
It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods / products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and that they are correct. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered, you shall also contact us within 30 days from receiving the product. Any complaints shall be made to our customer service through our contact form on the contact page. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly. Same applies for returns. Defective products returned to Dean Brochard should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit. Dean Brochard has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund. In the case that a returned product has no errors or faults, Dean Brochard will send the product back to the customer.
11. LIABILITY
Dean Brochard responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. Dean Brochard bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
Dean Brochard shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. 15. RETENTION OF TITLE
All products remain in Dean Brochard property until full payment is made.
16. FRAUD
All frauds are reported to the authorities and Dean Brochard reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is raised.
17. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

To the extent permitted by law, Swedish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute arising from these terms of use and your use of the website, subject to Dean Brochard’s right to prosecute a user at his/her place of residence.
