Can I exchange an item?
We do not exchange items but you can make a return through the process described above and make a new order. If you would like to exchange an item please contact our support team at hello@deanbrochard.com and describe further why you want to exchange the item and to what item. NOTE: We will only refund items which are sent back to us in their original condition.
Can I change or return the product that I have ordered?
Consumers have the right to return the order within 30 days from receiving the order. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Contact Dean Brochard at hello@deanbrochard.com in order to get an address to send the goods to. Return shipping is paid by Dean Brochard.
All approved refunds will get processed within 14 days of arrival to our warehouse. Bear in mind that the bank transfer might take a couple of banking days to be visible in your account. Please contact our Customer Service if you have not received the refund within 20 days.
